As a Growth Marketing Manager at EQL, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating the company's growth over a six-month contract period. The ideal candidate for this position is data-driven and possesses a deep understanding of the business landscape, enabling them to confidently execute growth strategies aimed at increasing the sales pipeline, particularly with a defined list of Strategic Accounts. In this role, you will be expected to integrate seamlessly into the EQL team, dedicating 3-4 days per week to driving initiatives, participating in meetings, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your responsibilities will include managing experimentation across various channels, such as paid, earned, and owned media, which encompasses ads, email marketing, and website optimization. You will utilize tools like Zapier and HubSpot to analyze key metrics and work closely with content and product teams to implement strategic growth initiatives. Your contributions will not only focus on immediate growth but also on establishing a foundation for sustainable marketing practices that align with EQL's mission. You will become the expert on growth marketing within the organization, conducting audits of current performance and creating priority growth initiatives that will enhance the overall marketing strategy. This position offers a competitive pay range of approximately $70-90 USD per hour, depending on experience.
