About the position

The Growth Marketing Manager for Customer Engagement at Meta is responsible for driving growth marketing initiatives that connect advertisers with sales programs and enhance customer engagement. This role involves collaborating with various internal teams to plan, execute, and scale marketing campaigns, leveraging data analytics to inform strategies and optimize performance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, strategic thinking, and a detail-oriented approach to building effective marketing strategies that yield measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Drive go-to-market by planning, executing and scaling growth marketing campaigns to help connect Meta's advertisers with Sales and other similar offers.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution across operations, creative, and analytics teams to ensure on time and accurate launches.
  • Work with quantitative and qualitative data teams to deeply understand the audience and use cases to inform the strategy, rollout decisions, optimizations, and measurement.
  • Design and implement test plans to understand drivers of conversion and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, scope, deliverables and goals.
  • Own the quarterly number of relevant KPIs and expected QoQ growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing or related field
  • Experience in at least two of these areas (email, Facebook Ads, display, onsite merchandising, content marketing, digital video)
  • Experience with A/B Testing and lift measurement
  • Experience influencing, and providing direction to cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, sales, product, and creative to execute and evaluate marketing campaigns.

Nice-to-haves

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • Understanding of the digital advertising landscape and specifically Meta's advertising suite
  • Experience working with Sales and driving leads to sales programs
  • Experience with customer lifecycle management
  • Experience engaging with executives to present findings and strategies.
