About the position

The Growth Marketing Manager at ZBD will play a crucial role in shaping and executing digital marketing strategies aimed at driving user growth for the ZBD app. This app allows users to engage with a variety of games and applications while earning Bitcoin, creating a unique ecosystem that benefits both users and developers. The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns and paid media plans that effectively attract new users to the platform. This position requires a deep understanding of paid user acquisition strategies and a passion for marketing and digital media innovation. In this role, the Growth Marketing Manager will establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for various channels and campaigns, ensuring that all marketing programs meet or exceed their targets. Continuous optimization of campaigns will be essential, as the manager will need to identify opportunities for improvement and scaling performance. The role also involves collaborating with both internal and external creative teams to strategize, test, and evaluate marketing creatives, ensuring that they resonate with the target audience and drive engagement. Additionally, the Growth Marketing Manager will be tasked with researching and implementing new marketing channels and methods, staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities for growth. A strong emphasis will be placed on driving best-practice SEO strategies in collaboration with content, product, and development teams. The manager will utilize analytics platforms to monitor campaign performance, user behavior, and conversion rates, leveraging data to inform decision-making and adjust marketing strategies for improved effectiveness and return on investment (ROI). The role also includes managing the marketing communication and placements within the ZBD ecosystem, as well as overseeing the App Store and Google Play presence, which involves research, updates, optimization, and testing to enhance visibility and user acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns and paid media plans to drive user acquisition
  • Establish channel/campaign KPIs and ensure programs deliver on targets
  • Identify campaign-level and overarching opportunities to improve or scale performance
  • Continuously optimize campaigns to meet and exceed goals
  • Establish processes, strategize, test, and evaluate creatives
  • Work with both internal and external creative teams to improve campaign performance
  • Research and lead the implementation of additional marketing channels and methods
  • Stay aware of general industry trends, competitor activities and market dynamics to identify opportunities
  • Drive best-practice SEO strategy and execution across channels
  • Utilize analytics platforms to monitor campaign performance, user behavior, and conversion rates
  • Leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making and adjust marketing strategies
  • Manage and maintain marketing communication and placements within the ZBD ecosystem
  • Manage and maintain our App Store and Google Play presence including research, updates, optimization and testing

Requirements

  • 3-4+ years hands on experience with growth team or growth-oriented marketing programs
  • Experience running UA campaigns, with an emphasis on digital platforms - Google (incl. search and YouTube), Offerwalls and Programmatics
  • Analytical mindset with an understanding of the entire digital marketing process
  • Strong understanding of the mobile app ecosystem
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a remote setting
