About the position

The Growth Marketing Manager at WillowTree will be responsible for driving awareness and generating leads for the newly launched enterprise-grade AI engine, Fuel iX. This role requires a strategic approach to marketing within the tech industry, particularly focusing on solutions for large enterprises. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns and align strategies with product capabilities and market needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads
• Utilize a data-driven approach to identify opportunities and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Align marketing strategies with product capabilities and market needs
• Implement A/B optimization strategies to improve conversion rates and user engagement
• Leverage analytics tools to track performance metrics and ROI, adjusting tactics as necessary to meet business objectives
• Work with content and design teams to manage the completion of content development and artifacts for publication

Requirements

• 3-8 years of experience in growth marketing, with a focus on enterprise SaaS products
• Demonstrable experience in successfully scaling and optimizing digital marketing campaigns
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and drive growth
• Knowledge of the latest marketing technologies and trends, with a particular interest in AI and enterprise software solutions
• Ability to successfully partner and align with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Experience with market automation and digital analytics tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Pardot, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills and strong interest in operating in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities based on market needs
• Autonomous self-starter who thrives on a team where initiative and innovation are celebrated and rewarded
• Familiarity with generative AI technologies
