As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will lead the strategic business plans and design category and brand strategy, shaping the growth building blocks to achieve mid-term and long-term results aligned with LGX strategies and portfolio roles. You will be accountable for the LGX growth plan through forward-looking equity building, innovation, geographic expansion, and white space identification within various brands and strategic commercial partners. As a growth hacker, you will set priorities and engage cross-functional partners towards key strategic initiatives linked to brand and business performance goals, with responsibilities for market gap identification, commercialization, and go-to-market launch planning for key initiatives across multiple geographies. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing marketing talent within the organization. In this role, you will develop and articulate growth strategies to drive business expansion, anticipate shifts in consumer and channel behaviors, and transform consumer insights into actionable plans. You will collaborate with brand keepers to ensure brand essence is consistently expressed and lead the creation of strategies and projects to fuel growth across multiple categories and markets. You will also manage multi-year innovation platforms and ensure seamless transitions to brand teams for ongoing management. This position demands the ability to drive brand and business growth while proactively anticipating obstacles and demonstrating flexibility in seeking alternative solutions. Strong collaboration, creativity, and communication skills will be essential to engage a diverse team and ensure proper alignment with multiple stakeholders.
