The Growth Marketing Manager is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for leading the strategic business plans and designing category and brand strategies that align with LGX's growth objectives. This position is crucial for shaping the growth building blocks necessary to achieve both mid-term and long-term results. The Growth Marketing Manager will be accountable for the LGX growth plan, focusing on equity building, innovation, geographic expansion, and identifying white space opportunities across various brands and strategic commercial partners. As a growth hacker, this individual will set priorities and engage cross-functional partners to drive key strategic initiatives that are linked to brand and business performance goals. This includes market gap identification, commercialization, and go-to-market launch planning for key initiatives across multiple geographies. In this role, the Growth Marketing Manager will develop and articulate growth strategies that set a future vision for midterm and long-term business expansion. This involves anticipating shifts in consumer, customer, and channel behaviors, as well as competitor actions. The manager will transform consumer insights into actionable plans that contribute to the Strategic Plan, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and Monthly Business Review (MBR). Additionally, the role requires collaboration with brand keepers to ensure that the brand essence is consistently expressed across all brand elements, including price pack architecture, portfolio expansion, and innovation. The Growth Marketing Manager will lead the creation of mid-term and long-term strategies and projects to fuel the growth of multiple categories, brands, and markets. This includes supporting the development and execution of prioritization processes and managing multi-year innovation platforms through launch. The manager will ensure a seamless transition to brand teams for ongoing management and lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Effective communication of project status, issues, and opportunities to the broader organization is also a key responsibility. This position demands strong organizational leadership, as the Growth Marketing Manager will serve as the primary stakeholder for strategic projects, making key decisions and building recommendations that secure strategic alignment and obtain approvals from upper management on key initiatives. The ability to drive brand and business growth while proactively anticipating obstacles is essential, as is the capacity to extract relevant information to derive meaningful insights and make informed tactical decisions. The role requires strong collaboration, creativity, and communication skills to engage a diverse team and ensure proper alignment with multiple stakeholders.
