About the position

Philo is seeking a highly-motivated Growth Marketing Associate/Manager for New Channels to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving new customer acquisition through the management of various testing channels, including Amazon FireTV, Roku, Audio, Television, Direct Mail, and Affiliates. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, taking charge of end-to-end campaign creation, execution, analysis, reporting, and optimization across both online and offline media channels. We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to roll up their sleeves to execute campaigns with a high level of accuracy. In this role, you will lead the implementation and execution of campaigns by collaborating closely with external vendors and agencies, as well as internal teams. You will work with partners to launch new campaigns, conduct creative testing, implement and QA tagging and tracking, and monitor performance to ensure the growth and success of both existing and new acquisition programs. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams such as creative, analytics, and product to compose briefs, establish timelines, create and distribute assets, execute creative and site testing, and identify customer behavior to achieve acquisition goals. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining performance reporting and analysis across all owned acquisition channels. This includes aggregating and analyzing data from various sources, such as vendor reporting, Google Analytics, and internal databases, to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and derive insights into customer behavior. Implementing and monitoring testing initiatives that utilize A/B and multivariate testing models will be crucial to maximizing key performance indicators (KPIs).

Responsibilities

  • Support new customer acquisition through management of new testing channels such as Amazon FireTV, Roku, Audio, Television, Direct Mail, and Affiliates.
  • Lead campaign implementation and execution through close collaboration with external vendors and agencies, as well as internal teams.
  • Collaborate with external partners and agencies on launching new campaigns, creative testing, implementing/QA'ing tagging and tracking, and monitoring performance.
  • Work closely with internal teams such as creative, analytics, and product to compose briefs, establish timelines, create and distribute assets, execute creative and site testing, and identify customer behavior.
  • Build and maintain performance reporting and analysis across all owned acquisition channels, aggregating and analyzing data from various sources to measure effectiveness and identify insights.
  • Implement and monitor testing initiatives that employ A/B and multivariate testing models to maximize KPIs.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing.
  • Hands-on experience in Ad Platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Reddit, etc.
  • Experience with project management and the creative briefing process, including the creation of copy and content for social ads and/or other digital assets.
  • Media planning/buying agency experience.
  • Ability to execute with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong statistical and analytical skills with the ability to clearly communicate results and insights.
  • Well organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
  • A self-starter and proactive, positive thinker, eager to learn and ask questions.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with additional media channels beyond those listed.
  • Familiarity with advanced analytics tools and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of customer segmentation and targeting strategies.
