About the position

The Growth Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in strategizing and executing growth marketing campaigns for disruptive brands. This position is designed for college graduates with at least one year of experience in growth marketing, focusing on a data-driven approach to optimize and analyze campaigns across various digital marketing channels. The role offers exposure to the startup scene in New York and involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary marketing team.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Acquisition including paid social, paid search, display, partnerships, out-of-home
  • Website optimization including A/B testing, email collection, landing page customization
  • Lifecycle marketing including email marketing, referral programs, loyalty programs
  • Build multi-channel marketing strategies to drive incremental results that directly impact the top line of clients' businesses
  • Implement digital marketing campaigns on paid social channels (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, Snapchat), direct response channels and email marketing campaigns
  • Analyze and extract meaningful marketing insights from various channels and analytics platforms
  • Create and deliver presentations of test results and strategies to clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in an analytical field or related field
  • At least 1 year of proven growth marketing experience
  • Hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid channels on behalf of clients such as on Meta Ads Platform, Google Ads Platform, and Tikk Ads Platform
  • Work experience with Google Analytics and Shopify
  • Solid track record of inspiring action based on data-driven insights
  • Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Proven ability to clearly communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Experience at a fast growing-startup is a plus
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
