About the position

As a Growth Marketing Manager for Open-Loop Commerce at TikTok, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategy and execution of global growth marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing the adoption and Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) growth for Business Account Open Loop Commerce features. Your responsibilities will encompass developing audience segmentation strategies, crafting personalized growth narratives, and identifying key stages within the product funnel to optimize user engagement and conversion rates. You will collaborate closely with product teams to pinpoint growth opportunities and facilitate product optimizations that align with our marketing goals. Your role will require a deep understanding of growth and optimization best practices, including A/B testing methodologies. You will work in tandem with the data science team to conduct experiments, evaluate results, and implement new features that enhance the conversion funnel. Continuous innovation will be a cornerstone of your responsibilities, as you will be expected to experiment with new marketing channels, tools, and creative strategies to drive impactful results. Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy and execution of global growth marketing efforts that drive adoption and GMV growth for Business Account Open loop commerce features.
  • Develop audience segmentation, determine growth narratives at personalized level and identify product funnel stage.
  • Partner with product teams to identify growth opportunities and enable product optimizations.
  • Bring a deep understanding of growth & optimization best practices such as A/B testing to work closely with the data science team to conduct experiments, evaluate results, and build new features to improve the conversion funnel.
  • Continuously drive innovation and experiment with new marketing channels, tools, and creatives.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree
  • 5+ years in managing large scale campaigns across diversified channels.
  • Good experience with a mix of work between hands-on execution and strategy.
  • Platform and tool independence - able to thrive using any platform, with deep understanding of the digital marketing fundamentals.
  • Deep understanding of growth & optimization, best practices such as A/B testing.

  • Experience with growth efforts in global markets.
