We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Growth Marketing Manager specializing in Paid Media. This role requires deep expertise in paid media channels such as Meta, LinkedIn, Display, and Programmatic. The successful candidate will leverage their channel proficiency to advance our paid media initiatives in the AMER region, enhancing both top and mid-funnel activities to improve efficiency and meet regional objectives. In this strategic position, you will work closely with the AMER growth marketing team to strategize, localize, implement, evaluate, and expand effective paid media campaigns aimed at driving sign-ups in a cost-effective manner. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of paid social platforms, programmatic advertising, and emerging channels. You will be comfortable managing substantial budgets and complex data sets, tackling intricate problems, and adapting strategies as necessary. A proactive mindset and the ability to take initiative are essential for thriving in this dynamic environment. This position is based in our San Francisco office, following an office-centric hybrid schedule. Standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, with the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays may vary depending on the nature of your work and team collaboration.
