About the position

The Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Media at Hourglass Cosmetics is responsible for overseeing acquisition marketing efforts in the direct-to-consumer (DTC) environment. This role involves managing global paid media campaigns, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with creative teams to develop effective advertising strategies. The ideal candidate will blend strategic thinking with creativity, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts and drive brand growth.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing global paid media campaigns end-to-end, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting across various channels.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance data to generate actionable insights, optimizations, and recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Assist in identifying creative learnings and insights.
  • Identify A/B test opportunities for asset variations to understand and interpret creative performance and best practices.
  • Support the development and execution of content strategies for paid channels in partnership with the Creative Team.
  • Responsible for briefing the Creative Team, trafficking, and QAing paid media creatives for media agency and external partners.
  • Manage day-to-day agency and external communications, collaborating with cross-functional teams for campaign alignment and seamless execution.
  • Stay current with industry best practices, trends, and emerging technologies to apply and test new knowledge.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience across a range of paid marketing channels.
  • Experience in a media agency and/or luxury space is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent project management skills to manage multiple campaigns, initiatives, and timelines simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with a creative interest.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Shopify, and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Self-starter who stays motivated in fast-paced environments.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with media buying on Meta, TikTok, and Google.
  • Familiarity with Tableau.
