About the position

Remitly is seeking a seasoned Growth Marketing Manager to lead paid media initiatives for new products. This role involves defining and executing the growth paid media strategy, managing campaigns from inception to completion, and ensuring alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs) and business objectives. The position requires collaboration with various teams to drive growth and offers opportunities for professional development within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end creation and implementation of campaigns, including media plan creation, campaign setup, daily checks, weekly reporting, and optimizations.
  • Evolve channel strategies and tactics based on customer insights and product evolution.
  • Manage budget tracking and customer growth targets.
  • Collaborate with product marketing and analytics to manage test roadmaps, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Oversee creative requests and feedback, using a data-driven approach to enhance creative output in collaboration with creative teams.
  • Present strategies, channel, and test plans to leadership, educating partners on the rationale behind all plans.
  • Work with product teams on event setup and troubleshooting technical reporting and platform issues.
  • Collaborate with product marketing on updates to improve customer acquisition journeys.
  • Partner with the Remittance growth team on multi-product or cross-selling strategies and tests.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in growth marketing with a strong track record in implementing full-funnel programs.
  • Expertise in media buying on platforms like Google and Meta, with the ability to articulate and execute best practices.
  • Proven experience in executing large-scale marketing campaigns and testing roadmaps.
  • Technical knowledge of event setup and management, UTM tracking, multi-touch attribution, and first-party data strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing performance reporting, capable of storytelling with data.
  • Proven track record of working with and managing senior management.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Good time management and prioritization skills.
