About the position

Spot & Tango is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to join their team in New York. This role focuses on leading the company's Paid Social program, managing budgets, and optimizing customer acquisition strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and a passion for digital marketing, particularly in the pet health and wellness sector.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Spot & Tango's Paid Social program, managing the annual budget on Meta and other marketing channels.
  • Develop and drive a cross-platform roadmap to maximize customer acquisitions and optimize acquisition costs.
  • Design and implement a creative strategy roadmap, including industry research and ad concept briefing.
  • Design and A/B test new optimization strategies, audience segmentation, and landing experiences.
  • Oversee day-to-day performance of the Paid Social program, building processes and reports to manage growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand Paid Social's role in the marketing mix.
  • Build strategic partnerships with external advertising vendors to test new growth products.

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in digital marketing, preferably with Facebook advertising experience.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot marketing tracking systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
