About the position

The Growth Marketing Manager for Paid Social at Moveworks is responsible for driving revenue acceleration through innovative growth strategies across various digital platforms. This role involves strategic planning, collaboration with multiple departments, and execution of audience research to optimize channel performance and enhance user engagement. The manager will also analyze data to provide actionable insights and manage budgets effectively to ensure high ROI on marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Craft overarching growth strategies for digital platforms aligned with organizational objectives for pipeline and revenue generation.
  • Lead strategic planning and implementation across paid social platforms including LinkedIn, Meta, Quora, Twitter, and G2.
  • Collaborate with departments such as Product Marketing, Content, Integrated Campaigns, ABM, Search Team, and Sales to understand personas and drive channel performance.
  • Execute audience research and build channel targeting strategies.
  • Work with Content and Creative teams to produce optimized assets for various devices and formats.
  • Partner with Web and Marketing Ops to refine landing pages for enhanced user engagement.
  • Measure, analyze, and share insights and actionable recommendations with stakeholders.
  • Allocate and manage budget efficiently to invest in high-ROI channels and tactics.
  • Stay updated on emerging marketing channels and technologies, experimenting with new platforms and tools.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital performance marketing in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales process and customer lifecycle.
  • Proven track record of driving growth in channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, Quora, Twitter, G2, etc.
  • Strong ownership and growth mindset, embracing challenges and feedback.
  • Skilled in proactive and effective communication, coordinating resources for seamless operations.
  • Data-driven with a consumer-first focus, using analytics for strategic recommendations.
  • Strong copywriting skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to analyze quantitative data to forecast impact and measure ROI.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a focus on transparency and collaboration.
