About the position

Asure is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to partner with B2B sales teams and marketing leadership to prioritize, execute, and optimize campaigns that drive bookings. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who thrives on driving revenue growth and enjoys creating impactful campaigns while leveraging data and tools to deliver measurable results. The Growth Marketing Manager will act as a strategic marketing partner to sales, balancing high-level planning with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify, prioritize, and execute marketing campaigns that align with revenue goals.
  • Act as a hands-on marketer, writing copy, creating presentations, and developing impactful campaigns to drive demand.
  • Use Salesforce (SFDC) reporting to analyze data, deliver targeted insights, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Set up and manage marketing workflows in HubSpot and, ideally, Salesloft, ensuring seamless communication and lead nurturing.
  • Creatively find, create, and curate targeted lead lists by analyzing customer data, researching industry associations, and leveraging diverse information sources.
  • Guide and support a small internal marketing team to deploy digital campaigns across email, social, and paid channels.
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure leads are served with the right messaging and handoffs are seamless.
  • Analyze data from SFDC, HubSpot, and other tools to track campaign effectiveness, inform decisions, and measure ROI.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor strategies, and industry best practices to continuously refine messaging and programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on demand generation and revenue growth.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC) reporting, HubSpot, and ideally, Salesloft.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills with the ability to create compelling marketing materials independently.
  • Experience managing and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Creative problem-solving skills for identifying and curating targeted lead lists.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with sales teams and deliver measurable results.
  • A proactive, self-starter attitude with exceptional organizational skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Marketing experience with an HCM or HR Services company preferred.
  • Occasional travel is required.
