The Global Business & Product Marketing (GBPM) team at Meta is dedicated to connecting businesses with their customers across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Messenger. We are currently seeking a Growth Marketing Manager who is not only passionate about growth marketing but also possesses a strong analytical mindset and a creative approach to driving measurable results. In this role, you will collaborate with various internal teams, including international marketing, product management, sales, program management, data science, and creative teams, to plan, build, and launch impactful marketing campaigns. Your focus will be on driving solution adoption for key company initiatives, ensuring that our marketing strategies align with customer needs and business objectives. As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will leverage your experience with data to derive analytical insights that inform our marketing strategies. You will be responsible for understanding our customers' needs and maximizing the impact of our initiatives. Your attention to detail and ability to think outside the box will be crucial in building effective marketing strategies and campaigns. You will also be expected to demonstrate leadership, strategic thinking, and executional excellence in all aspects of your work.

Responsibilities

  • Drive go-to-market by planning, executing and scaling growth marketing campaigns to connect Meta's advertisers with Sales and similar offers.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution across operations, creative, and analytics teams to ensure timely and accurate launches.
  • Work with quantitative and qualitative data teams to understand the audience and use cases to inform strategy, rollout decisions, optimizations, and measurement.
  • Design and implement test plans to understand drivers of conversion and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, scope, deliverables, and goals.
  • Own a quarterly number of relevant KPIs.
  • Support international marketing efforts through scaled marketing.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Experience in at least two of the following areas: email, Facebook Ads, display, onsite merchandising, content marketing, digital video.
  • Experience with A/B Testing and lift measurement.
  • Ability to influence and provide direction to cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, sales, product, and creative.

Nice-to-haves

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Understanding of the digital advertising landscape and specifically Meta's advertising suite.
  • Experience with lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience engaging with executives to present findings and strategies.
  • Experience with SQL/Data proficiency.
  • Experience with International Marketing campaigns and working with regional stakeholders.
