About the position

The Growth Marketing Manager - Seller Growth role at Meta focuses on driving growth marketing initiatives to connect advertisers with sales opportunities and enhance advertising best practices. This position requires collaboration with various internal teams to plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns aimed at increasing solution adoption and maximizing customer impact through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

  • Drive go-to-market by planning, executing and scaling growth marketing campaigns to help connect Meta's advertisers with Sales and other similar offers, to facilitate adopting advertising best practices.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution across operations, creative, and analytics teams to ensure on time and accurate launches.
  • Work with quantitative and qualitative data teams to deeply understand the audience and use cases to inform the strategy, rollout decisions, optimizations, and measurement.
  • Design and implement test plans to understand drivers of conversion and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, scope, deliverables and goals.
  • Own a quarterly number of relevant KPIs.
  • Support international marketing efforts through scaled marketing.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in marketing or related field
  • Experience in at least two of these areas (email, Facebook Ads, display, onsite merchandising, content marketing, digital video)
  • Experience with A/B Testing and lift measurement
  • Experience influencing, and providing direction to cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, sales, product, and creative to execute and evaluate marketing campaigns.

Nice-to-haves

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • Understanding of the digital advertising landscape and specifically Meta's advertising suite
  • Experience with lifecycle marketing
  • Experience engaging with executives to present findings and strategies
  • Experience with SQL/Data proficiency
  • Experience with International Marketing campaigns and working with regional stakeholders
