We are currently seeking a Growth Marketing Manager who is not only passionate about growth marketing but also possesses a strong analytical mindset and a creative approach to driving measurable results. In this role, you will collaborate with various internal teams, including international marketing, product management, sales, program management, data science, and creative teams, to plan, build, and launch impactful marketing campaigns. Your ability to analyze data will be crucial in understanding customer needs and maximizing the effectiveness of our initiatives. You will be expected to take ownership of your projects, demonstrating leadership and strategic thinking while ensuring executional excellence. As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving go-to-market strategies, executing and scaling growth marketing campaigns, and overseeing the end-to-end campaign execution process. You will work closely with quantitative and qualitative data teams to gain insights into audience behavior and use cases, which will inform your marketing strategies and optimizations. Your role will also involve designing and implementing test plans to identify key drivers of conversion and revenue, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and goals. Ultimately, you will own a set of key performance indicators (KPIs) that will measure the success of your initiatives and support international marketing efforts through scaled marketing strategies.
