About the position

The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving marketing strategies aimed at enhancing customer acquisition and retention. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement growth marketing strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
  • Manage and optimize SEM campaigns across various platforms to maximize ROI.
  • Utilize SalesForce and HubSpot to track customer interactions and improve engagement strategies.
  • Oversee the content management and optimization of the company website using WordPress.
  • Analyze performance data and generate reports to inform marketing decisions and strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and goals.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in SalesForce, HubSpot, and WordPress.
  • Experience in managing SEM campaigns and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize campaigns.
