About the position

The Growth Marketing Manager at Ten Events is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies aimed at driving lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns and improve conversion rates, making it essential for someone with a strong background in digital marketing and a passion for growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement growth strategies through full-funnel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social, content marketing).
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance across channels using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot.
  • Lead A/B tests and growth experiments to improve key metrics.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.
  • Design and implement lead generation and nurturing campaigns to drive qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Work with internal teams to develop compelling, conversion-focused marketing content.
  • Manage paid acquisition channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn) and optimize for ROI.
  • Oversee the execution of email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and convert prospects into customers.
  • Implement and manage marketing automation workflows to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Provide regular reporting on key metrics, campaign performance, and ROI to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or growth marketing roles.
  • Proven experience with growth strategies and performance marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics and HubSpot.
  • Experience running A/B tests and data-driven marketing experiments.
  • Proficiency in managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a results-driven mindset.

  • Experience in B2B marketing, particularly in the tech or event management industry.
