About the position

The Growth Marketing Manager at Mashgin is responsible for driving B2B marketing initiatives to accelerate market expansion. This role focuses on developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies to generate demand and qualified leads in collaboration with the sales team. The position requires a deep understanding of customer audiences and effective content management across various stages of the B2B buyer journey.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer audiences, routes to market, and buyer personas.
  • Create, distribute, and manage compelling content for different stages of the B2B buyer journey, including case studies, whitepapers, ads, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate closely with sales across all campaigns.
  • Manage and improve the marketing tech stack and integrations, establishing a strong analytics framework to measure performance.
  • Analyze marketing metrics to make informed business decisions regarding marketing budget allocation based on ROI and other key performance indicators.
  • Run rapid experiments with various marketing initiatives to drive cost-effective pipeline generation, iterating based on performance.
  • Support the sales organization with infrastructure and automation for targeted outbound activities.
  • Develop infrastructure for account-based marketing (ABM) to target specific accounts and roles through various mediums.

Requirements

  • 4 year undergraduate degree with coursework in computer science, engineering, or quantitative fields.
  • 5+ years of B2B digital marketing experience, particularly in high growth SaaS, hardware, or enterprise technology.
  • Proven track record of executing successful digital marketing campaigns resulting in strong business results.
  • Deep understanding of modern web infrastructure and digital marketing channels, including paid search and social media.
  • Strong quantitative background with experience using data and metrics to inform marketing decisions.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SQL).
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong project management abilities and experience leading cross-functional initiatives.

Nice-to-haves

  • 2+ years of experience with web optimization, CRO, A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Experience in retail tech, payments, or food service industries.
  • Knowledge of computer vision, AI, or hardware.
