Responsibilities

  • Strategize, execute and optimize B2B marketing plans for revenue and profit growth within assigned channels.
  • Leverage and qualify MQLs generated by all corporate campaigns.
  • Strategize paths to conversion.
  • Champion the use of HubSpot to manage processes, track all customer interactions, and optimize marketing & sales strategies.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on CRM data analysis to drive sales performance.
  • Assist in automating workflows within HubSpot and integrations with other systems and tools.
  • Train and support the sales team in effectively using the CRM (HubSpot) system.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements
