About the position

MeUndies is seeking a proactive and hardworking Growth Marketing Senior Associate or Manager to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. This hybrid position requires working in the office four days a week, with the flexibility of a remote workday on Fridays. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing new strategies to acquire customers while aggressively experimenting with and scaling existing paid media channels. This individual will be responsible for overseeing channel strategy, implementation, and performance, ensuring that our marketing efforts align with our business goals. A successful candidate will be a data-driven marketer who can set strategic goals while also being hands-on in supporting the current team's and agency's capabilities. In this role, you will partner with the Director of Growth to craft our paid media strategy aimed at driving new customers and members through key initiatives such as new products, special collections, and promotions. You will be responsible for identifying and recommending new media and technology solutions, managing the RFP process, and keeping the team updated on the latest industry trends. Your execution and reporting responsibilities will include overseeing agency partners to execute across various paid channels, managing innovative creative briefs, and maintaining testing roadmaps with key partners. You will also be responsible for campaign and channel performance, identifying optimizations, and communicating actionable next steps to stakeholders. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will manage relationships with external agencies and partners, ensuring business alignment and valuable partnerships. You will develop and evolve internal processes to improve communication and collaboration across teams, including engineering, consumer insights, and creative teams. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners to prioritize high-impact projects and keep complex projects moving forward on deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Director of Growth to craft paid media strategy and approach to drive new customers and members.
  • Identify and recommend new media and technology solutions through management of RFP process.
  • Keep the team updated on the latest industry trends and apply relevant testing opportunities.
  • Oversee agency partners to execute across paid channels and manage new tests.
  • Manage and collaborate on innovative creative briefs that produce impactful ads.
  • Maintain and build testing roadmaps with key partners.
  • Responsible for campaign and channel performance, identifying optimizations, and communicating actionable next steps.
  • Work with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and implement changes mid-flight based on performance.
  • Funnel up key learnings and explain campaign performance to non-media oriented teammates and leaders.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and partners as the key brand advocate.
  • Develop and evolve internal processes to improve efficiency of communication and collaboration.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to connect organizational updates with marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of agency or in-house experience managing paid channels.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience directly managing and executing campaigns hands-on.
  • Paid Social: Facebook/Instagram and TikTok hands-on experience is a must.
  • Familiarity with managing 360 channels including offline/traditional, direct IO, programmatic/DSP.
  • Performance-led experience optimizing towards specific goals (CAC, ROAS, CAC/LTV).
  • Experience working with creative partners to make creative resonate with customers.
  • Management of eight-figure annual media budgets and agency partners.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners and prioritize high-impact projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to use data to optimize performance.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to the audience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience managing creator/influencer programs end to end.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Asana or Trello.
  • Familiarity with data visualization software such as Looker or Tableau.
  • Understanding of organic social and its connection to paid strategy.
