Census is the first Data Activation platform built on your warehouse, enabling businesses to sync 360° customer data to over 200 business tools through Reverse ETL. As the Growth Marketing Manager at Census, you will play a pivotal role in driving B2B customer acquisition and revenue growth. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing innovative experiments and programs aimed at acquiring more Operations, Data, and Growth users while also driving feature adoption. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including Product, Sales, Operations, and Data, to optimize the customer journey, guided by key metrics such as New User Acquisition and Org Activations. In this role, you will design and implement data-driven growth strategies tailored to accelerate customer acquisition and revenue growth specifically for our B2B segments. You will be responsible for developing and managing partnerships, affiliate programs, and other scalable growth channels that contribute to top-of-funnel growth. Your analytical skills will be crucial as you analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and pain points, using these insights to inform and refine marketing strategies. Additionally, you will lead cross-functional initiatives to launch new growth experiments and optimize existing channels, ensuring that marketing budget allocation is owned and optimized to maximize ROI across global markets. Creating compelling and personalized marketing campaigns that resonate with our target B2B audience will also be a key responsibility.
