About the position

The Growth Marketing Manager at Chorus Innovations is responsible for driving awareness, generating qualified leads, and accelerating the growth of the company's healthcare technology solutions. This role involves developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies, optimizing multichannel campaigns, and fostering relationships with healthcare organizations and decision-makers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in growth marketing within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors, with a focus on campaign management and customer acquisition strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead marketing projects from conception to completion, establishing clear goals, milestones, and timelines.
  • Develop and execute data-driven growth marketing strategies aimed at increasing awareness, generating leads, and driving customer acquisition.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multichannel marketing campaigns to maximize response and ROI.
  • Align marketing strategies with product capabilities and healthcare market needs.
  • Run experiments, A/B tests, and other optimization techniques to improve conversion rates and campaign performance.
  • Leverage analytics tools to track performance metrics and report on campaign outcomes.
  • Partner closely with Product, Sales, Design, and Customer Success teams for cohesive campaign execution.
  • Oversee campaign content creation, developing marketing collateral and other assets that support growth initiatives.
  • Utilize customer data and insights to inform marketing strategies and tailor messages to target audiences.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6+ years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in healthcare tech or pharma marketing.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering significant growth through effective marketing strategies in B2B or enterprise settings.
  • Experience with product-led growth initiatives and ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in utilizing data to drive decision-making and track campaign performance.
  • Strong experience in using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker).
  • Experience with Hubspot is preferred.
  • Proven ability to coordinate teams and oversee the production of high-quality marketing content.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with various teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience in community or population health is very desirable.
