About the position

Darrow is a fast-growing LegalTech startup on a mission to uncover legal wrongdoing and secure justice. We are seeking a passionate Growth Marketing Manager to join our New York office, focusing on accelerating customer acquisition and driving revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Build and optimize the lead funnel through targeted outreach and nurturing strategies.
  • Collaborate with content creators to develop and distribute engaging marketing assets.
  • Manage paid search, social, and display advertising campaigns, and optimize website content for SEO.
  • Leverage marketing automation platforms and CRM tools to track and analyze campaigns.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS or technology company.
  • Experience in legal technology or a similar vertical is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo), CRM systems (Salesforce), Google Analytics, and paid media platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn).
  • Strong data-driven approach to campaign planning and optimization.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically, translating complex technical products into compelling marketing messages.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
