About the position

Spark Hire is a leading video interviewing platform that has expanded its offerings to become a comprehensive Talent Acquisition Suite. The Growth Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in this expansion by developing tailored marketing programs aimed at upselling to existing users and acquiring new accounts. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, this position is crucial for supporting the sales team through the design, implementation, and management of integrated marketing campaigns that drive sales pipeline growth, increase deal sizes, and enhance conversion rates across the sales funnel. The primary focus of the Growth Marketing Manager will be to oversee various marketing initiatives that are designed to acquire and nurture leads. This will involve utilizing a mix of traditional and modern demand generation tactics, including but not limited to paid social media, organic social, search engine marketing (SEM), webinars, email campaigns, and events. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, with a strong emphasis on revenue generation and a proven track record in both inbound and outbound B2B marketing strategies. The target compensation for this role is set between $90,000 and $110,000 annually, reflecting the importance of this position within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Set channel strategy and plan campaigns to meet qualified lead and revenue goals for the company.
  • Proficiency in 1 to 2 areas of growth marketing, with working knowledge in all areas including Email Marketing, ABM, SEO, SEM, Web Optimization, Ops, and Analytics.
  • Collaborate on growth strategy across the company, sharing funnel metrics regularly and acting as a liaison between sales and marketing.
  • Implement creative and effective ideas for bringing new leads into the funnel through multi-channel online campaigns, including webinars, email campaigns, nurtures, and paid media.
  • Define KPIs and create full-funnel dashboards to measure, optimize, and scale marketing efforts.
  • Own the marketing tech stack, adding tools and making improvements as needed, while being comfortable with data to create reports for team meetings.
  • Creatively acquire and enrich prospect data to develop more targeted and relevant campaigns.
  • Build out the paid strategy and lead execution of SEM and social ads, with assistance from marketing team members.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Content Marketing to ensure all content and webinars drive engagement and distribute content across email and social, while growing inbound via SEO content.
  • Work closely with sales to drive qualified leads that convert to opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of growth marketing or demand generation experience.
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS organization, preferably with a top-down sales model; HR technology experience is a bonus.
  • Broad knowledge in all areas of growth marketing, with depth in areas such as paid acquisition, email/lifecycle marketing, SEO, website management, conversion rate optimization, marketing operations, and analytics.
  • Experience executing campaigns across multiple channels, with the ability to describe past campaigns and learnings.
  • Proficiency in a full stack of marketing tools, with the ability to quickly learn new tools as needed.
  • High quality standards in developing marketing strategies that prioritize customer needs while achieving revenue goals.
  • An experimentation mindset, with a focus on testing and scaling successful strategies.
  • Strategic and scrappy approach, excited about building and executing in tools while setting goals, budgets, and reporting on key metrics.
