The Growth Marketing Manager at TEKsystems is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies aimed at acquiring new customers for subscription services. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute acquisition and marketing strategies for subscription services.
• Optimize programs through A/B testing and provide strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights.
• Create owned channel strategies and programs to drive large-scale awareness, discovery, and acquisition.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve performance against key metrics, focusing on experimentation and optimization.
• Work with various teams to define and deliver projects on schedule.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in developing acquisition strategies to optimize conversion, subscription, and revenue both on and off-platform.
• Strong understanding of subscription and/or recurring revenue business models.
• Extensive experience with A/B testing and leveraging data-driven insights.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage projects, priorities, schedules, and deliverables.
• Proven problem-solving skills, creativity, and resourcefulness.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
