About the position

The Growth Marketing Manager at Intersection is responsible for developing and executing digital lead generation strategies to enhance business growth. This role involves collaboration with various teams, including sales enablement and marketing, to ensure alignment in strategies and optimize lead generation efforts across multiple channels. The position is based in New York City and reports directly to the VP of Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Own SEM strategy and execution from end to end, including recommendations, optimizations, reporting, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage website agency and maintain ownership of the website, serving as the point person for routine updates.
  • Implement larger website updates and optimizations within the Wordpress platform.
  • Onboard new transit authorities and partners to the website, ensuring inbound links are available and recommending best practices.
  • Partner with sales enablement to explore opportunities for outbound email strategy, including A/B testing and optimization of subject lines and templates.
  • Ensure effective visibility of products across search engines.
  • Implement best practices for organic and paid social media.
  • Leverage social content for lead generation across channels like LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Explore additional lead generation opportunities to effectively reach small and medium-sized businesses.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of relevant B2B growth marketing experience, preferably with a local market focus.
  • Expertise in SEM.
  • Experience with Wordpress-hosted websites and ability to make updates.
  • Familiarity with Hubspot and Salesforce.
  • Strong collaborative spirit and ability to work within cross-functional teams.
  • Experience managing outside partners.
  • Proficiency in email marketing.
  • Experience presenting strategies and results to high-level stakeholders.
  • Solution-oriented with strategic and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting deliverables and following through on promises.
  • Experience in media, startup, and/or tech industry is a plus.
  • SEO experience is a plus.

  • Total Cash Compensation: $80-110K
