About the position

As a Growth Marketing Manager at Roblox, you will play a crucial role in driving user acquisition and retention through effective media buying and optimization strategies. You will collaborate with various teams, including marketing, product, and engineering, to enhance the user experience and expand Roblox's user base. Your focus will be on exploring new advertising channels, improving business processes, and identifying growth opportunities to support the company's mission of connecting a billion people.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day media buying and optimization across advertising channels for new user acquisition and user retention.
• Explore and test new paid channels/partners to diversify media allocation and lead incremental users.
• Partner with the brand marketing organization to infuse branding through all touchpoints of the user funnel.
• Drive user personalization for new users by identifying segmentation and optimizing ad personalization leveraging ad-tech.
• Improve and build business processes to enable speed and impact.
• Identify new business opportunities to continue to drive growth and revenue for the Roblox platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience directly building successful high-growth campaigns that shape the company's growth trajectory.
• Mobile app install experience with strong familiarity with mobile attribution, fraud detection, and deep-linking.
• Strong understanding of incrementality, coefficients, ARPU, and user LTV.
• Ability to understand creative trends and drive a testing framework with the design team to improve campaign performance.
• Very quantitative attitude with the ability to partner closely with Data Science to set up experiments.
• Experience with app store optimization and SQL is a bonus.
