About the position

The Growth Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the revenue objectives of VTS's North America and UK teams. This position involves crafting and executing scalable and targeted marketing campaigns aimed at driving engagement, generating new sales opportunities, and strengthening customer relationships. The role requires collaboration with a talented team of marketers to tell the VTS story and push the industry forward, while also providing direct access to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Support quarterly and annual growth campaign plans to drive new leads and engagement within target audiences.
  • Create and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns including content marketing, webinars, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
  • Optimize the lead nurturing process to progress sales opportunities along the funnel and improve conversion rates.
  • Identify, recommend, and pursue new tactics to reach specific target markets in partnership with marketing and sales teams.
  • Conduct campaign A/B tests, analyze campaign performance, and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in a performance marketing role at a growing SaaS or commercial real estate organization.
  • Foundational knowledge and passion for inbound, outbound, and ABM marketing strategies.
  • Experience with marketing automation and distribution tools like Marketo, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and AdWords.
  • Proven experience with co-creating external-facing marketing content.
  • Experience producing marketing content that addresses prospect/customer pain points and highlights product offerings' value proposition.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating across departments and working in an energizing environment.
  • Experience managing budgets and balancing multiple priorities effectively.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with commercial real estate is a strong plus, but not required.
