In this position, the Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing search strategies and integrated marketing campaigns that align with our clients' initiatives. The growth department at KPS3 is tasked with overseeing the agency's SEO, digital advertising, traditional advertising, data analytics, reporting, and email marketing, all conducted in-house. Our growth managers are champions for our clients' goals, working closely with the agency's creative, web, PR, social, and account teams to ensure success. The ideal candidate will drive the strategy, management, and optimization of ad campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, DSPs, social media channels, and traditional media. They will tie media strategies to client KPIs, lead the team in optimizing campaigns, and develop and oversee the execution of SEO strategies. Additionally, the Growth Marketing Manager will audit websites for SEO and content opportunities, collaborate with all departments to create integrated marketing plans, and mentor Growth Marketing Specialists. This role requires excellent analytical, communication, and strategic thinking skills, as well as a strong attention to detail and the ability to present insights effectively to clients and team leadership.
