About the position

Foursquare is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns aimed at acquiring new customers and enhancing customer growth. This role involves collaborating with various departments to shape demand generation strategies and brand presence, utilizing marketing tools and technology to connect with audiences effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing and a proven track record of driving successful campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute Foursquare's demand generation and customer growth marketing strategy.
  • Develop the demand generation strategy to support lead generation, new pipeline, and bookings goals.
  • Align on campaign goals, channels, and asset creation with department leads.
  • Manage website content creation based on target audience behaviors and interests.
  • Partner with marketing operations and product marketing to create blogs and premium content.
  • Lead contract specialists in paid media and organic social media management.
  • Build a deep understanding of marketing technologies necessary for digital channels.
  • Collaborate with customer success and product marketing teams for upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Drive execution, monitoring, and measurement of marketing programs.
  • Compile and report on campaign and channel performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B, startup, or tech marketing.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling campaigns with a strong focus on ROI.
  • Experience managing paid media campaigns in platforms like LinkedIn, X, Google.
  • Experience managing campaigns, workflows, and social publishing in HubSpot.
  • Analytical with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
  • Expertise in Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, and similar platforms.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana, JIRA, or Workfront.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in family planning and fertility programs.
  • Familiarity with creating unique content and campaigns for customer engagement.
