The Business Marketing Group (BMG) team at Meta is dedicated to connecting businesses with their customers across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Messenger. We are currently seeking a Growth Marketing Manager who is not only passionate about growth marketing but also possesses a strong background in demand generation, customer engagement, and analytics. This role is pivotal as it involves collaborating with various internal teams, including product marketing, sales, program management, demand management, data science, and creative teams. The primary objective is to plan, build, and launch effective marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, generate demand for sales programs, and acquire new customers. In this position, you will be expected to leverage data to gain insights into customer needs, maximizing the impact of our marketing initiatives. You will need to be detail-oriented and capable of building marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience. Establishing trust and credibility with stakeholders will be crucial, as you will be required to demonstrate leadership, strategic thinking, and executional excellence throughout your campaigns. Your analytical skills will be essential in driving the insights necessary to inform our strategies and optimize our marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Drive go-to-market by planning, executing, and scaling growth marketing campaigns to connect Meta's advertisers with Sales and similar offers.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution across operations, creative, and analytics teams to ensure timely and accurate launches.
  • Work with quantitative and qualitative data teams to understand the audience and use cases to inform strategy, rollout decisions, optimizations, and measurement.
  • Design and implement test plans to understand drivers of conversion and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, scope, deliverables, and goals.
  • Own quarterly goals across relevant KPIs and drive expected QoQ growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience of an additional 4+ years in marketing or a related field.
  • Experience in at least two of the following areas: email, Facebook Ads, display, onsite merchandising, content marketing, digital video.
  • Experience with A/B Testing and lift measurement.
  • Experience influencing and providing direction to cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Data Science, Sales, Product, and Creative.

Nice-to-haves

  • Deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape and specifically Meta's advertising suite.
  • Experience working with Sales and driving leads to sales programs.
  • Experience with customer lifecycle management.
  • Experience engaging with executives to present findings and strategies.
  • Experience in SQL.
