About the position

The Growth Marketing Manager at Meta is responsible for driving growth marketing initiatives that connect businesses with their customers across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Messenger. This role involves collaborating with multiple internal teams to plan, execute, and scale marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing customer engagement, generating demand, and acquiring new customers. The ideal candidate will leverage data analytics to inform strategies and optimize campaign performance, ensuring measurable results and sustained growth.

Responsibilities

  • Drive go-to-market by planning, executing, and scaling growth marketing campaigns to connect Meta's advertisers with Sales and similar offers.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution across operations, creative, and analytics teams to ensure timely and accurate launches.
  • Work with quantitative and qualitative data teams to understand the audience and use cases to inform strategy and optimizations.
  • Design and implement test plans to understand drivers of conversion and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, scope, deliverables, and goals.
  • Own quarterly goals across relevant KPIs and drive expected QoQ growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing or related field.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience of additional 4+ years in marketing or related field.
  • Experience in at least two of the following areas: email, Facebook Ads, display, onsite merchandising, content marketing, digital video.
  • Experience with A/B Testing and lift measurement.
  • Experience influencing and providing direction to cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Data Science, Sales, Product, and Creative.

Nice-to-haves

  • Deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape and specifically Meta's advertising suite.
  • Experience working with Sales and driving leads to sales programs.
  • Experience with customer lifecycle management.
  • Experience engaging with executives to present findings and strategies.
  • Experience in SQL.

Benefits

  • $35.58/hour to $113,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
  • Individual compensation determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
