As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing marketing programs that encompass acquisition, adoption, expansion, and retention. You will coordinate and execute omnichannel campaigns, ensuring that each stage of the customer lifecycle is addressed effectively. Your role will involve designing and implementing best-in-class experiments to test and optimize campaign performance across multiple channels. Collaboration with Marketing Operations will be essential to align strategies and tactics throughout the customer lifecycle, while working closely with the Analytics team to develop and launch data-driven programs that leverage Twilio Segment and other data products to enhance marketing efforts. Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, as you will use data-driven insights to improve outcomes and drive success.
