About the position

The Growth Marketing Manager will be a key member of the Global Marketing Team, responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand awareness, generating leads, and driving revenue growth. This role involves collaboration with various teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of marketing campaigns, as well as continuous performance evaluation and optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and execute integrated marketing campaigns with the broader marketing team to achieve defined goals.
  • Manage our campaign calendar and communicate our strategy to stakeholders, such as sales, customer success, and product marketing.
  • Partner with the Sales team to design and execute Account-Based (ABx) strategies focused on high-priority accounts, with continuous performance evaluation and optimization.
  • Collaborate with content marketing to create targeted marketing assets such as case studies, guides, whitepapers, and email campaigns.
  • Create targeted marketing nurture campaigns to engage our marketing database.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of campaigns to measure effectiveness and optimize future strategies.
  • Provide feedback on campaign success, leads generated, and revenue impact.
  • Develop and manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
  • Work closely with the GTM team to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with company-wide goals and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in the B2B tech or SaaS industry.
  • Experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance is a bonus.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and working with a sales organization.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking and analyzing campaign performance.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
