Starry is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to join our lean, but mighty Growth team, reporting to the Head of Growth. We're not just looking for a channel manager; we seek a growth generalist with an intrinsic understanding of what fuels startups and the visions that drive them. The Growth Marketing Manager will be an instrumental player in architecting and building a repeatable growth engine to attract new customers across our B2C and B2B businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies tailored to startups and finance teams, focusing on long-term, sustainable growth.
  • Design and implement campaigns that resonate with our ICP across the marketing funnel, from building awareness to activation.
  • Explore and test various marketing channels to identify the most effective and efficient ways to reach and engage our target audience.
  • Leverage data and analytics to continuously refine strategies, making data-backed decisions to improve campaign performance, lead quality, and overall channel ROI.
  • Partner with the Sales team to ensure a seamless flow of quality leads that contribute directly to sales pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Scout cutting-edge demand generation tactics and tools and integrate these to keep Rho at the forefront of our market segment.
  • Work closely with creative, field marketing, revenue operations, and product teams to increase awareness, engagement and resonance with our campaigns and offerings.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing, preferably in startup environments
  • Proven track record of success in small, agile GTM teams with a history of executing on acquisition tactics from 0 to 1
  • Strong critical thinking skills and growth mindset
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies
  • Strong background in CRM and marketing automation tools, with HubSpot and Salesforce knowledge considered a significant advantage
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
