About the position

The Growth Marketing Manager at K Health will be responsible for executing and optimizing marketing strategies across various channels, particularly SEM and Paid Social. This role requires a data-driven approach to enhance marketing effectiveness and identify new opportunities for growth, all while collaborating closely with the analytics team and communicating results to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Own strategy and execution on key marketing channels, including SEM and Paid Social (Facebook and TikTok)
  • Lead all aspects of creative and landing page ideation and iteration to continually improve performance
  • Partner closely with data analytics team to measure marketing effectiveness and find opportunities to improve efficiency and/or scale
  • Analyze campaigns results in order to optimize campaigns to determine how and where budget should be deployed
  • Communicate key marketing initiatives and results to broader team and key external partners

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing in fast-paced environments with hands-on SEM and/or Paid Social experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to hit business growth goals through creative and landing page optimizations and channel expansion
  • Data and results-driven with strong ability to tell a story using data insights and performance results
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with track record of using data-driven approaches to solve complex business problems
  • Strong communication skills and experience working cross-functionally with internal creative, data, and product teams and external partners
  • Desire to stay abreast of current marketing trends and best practices
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player
