As the Growth Marketing Manager at Base, you will play a foundational role in expanding our reach and driving member acquisition. You have the opportunity to build a growth program from the ground up using your creativity, analytical skills, and strategic mindset. Your work will directly contribute to our mission of helping people connect with authenticity. In this role, you will be responsible for strategizing on content designs and tests across social platforms, creating engaging content (both written and video), and ensuring all creatives are optimized for performance. You will conduct frequent A/B tests on various creatives and campaigns to identify the most effective strategies, using data-driven hypotheses to iterate and improve. Additionally, you will manage our ad accounts, flag data anomalies for the leadership team, and stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing. You will also develop and implement strategies to maximize the efficiency of our marketing budget, focusing on high-ROI initiatives and continuously seeking ways to optimize spending. Embracing a creative spirit, you will be encouraged to experiment with unconventional growth strategies, such as hosting in-real-life (IRL) events to generate buzz and attract new members. Responsibilities

  • Strategize on content designs and tests across social platforms.
  • Create engaging content (both written and video) from concept through shooting or writing, editing, and posting.
  • Ensure all creatives are engaging, on-brand, and optimized for performance.
  • Conduct frequent A/B tests on various creatives and campaigns to identify the most effective strategies.
  • Use data-driven hypotheses and tests to iterate and improve marketing strategies.
  • Craft compelling copy that tells the Base story and engages our target audience.
  • Manage ad accounts and flag data anomalies for the leadership team.
  • Quickly learn and adapt to new platforms and marketing tools.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize the efficiency of the marketing budget.
  • Focus on high-ROI initiatives and continuously seek ways to optimize spending.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on video content creation and A/B testing.
