About the position

The Growth Marketing Manager at Buck Mason is responsible for leading the performance and digital marketing strategy, focusing on developing a profitable omni-channel marketing program. This role requires a self-starter who is motivated by continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making, rather than simply spending on advertising without strategy. The manager will oversee acquisition channels, manage digital ad platforms, and collaborate with the creative team to optimize marketing efforts based on performance data.

Responsibilities

  • Lead performance and digital marketing strategy for Buck Mason
  • Manage all acquisition channel specific specialists, holding performance accountability and assuring brand message on all platforms
  • Manage Meta, Google, and all digital ad platforms
  • Manage LTV on a channel level
  • Test and explore new channels
  • Provide data to inform strategy company wide
  • Work directly with creative team guiding asset creation based on data and performance
  • Create a process to capture great ideas that are both internal and external to Buck Mason
  • Develop a data-driven process that proves gut decisions wrong
  • Present findings and results to management daily and weekly

Requirements

  • 4+ years marketing experience in a similar role
  • Experience in apparel and retail is preferred
  • Data-driven decision maker with a strong ability to prioritize
  • Communicator capable of interfacing with all departments
  • Obsessed with analytics and data
  • A degree in Accounting or Economics is preferred, but not required
