About the position

The Growth Marketing Manager at DubClub will be the first full-time marketing hire, responsible for leading and executing marketing strategies to enhance capper acquisition and strengthen the company's market positioning. This role is pivotal in generating a predictable funnel of new cappers and supporting the outbound sales team with effective marketing initiatives. The position requires a blend of creativity, data-driven decision-making, and leadership to build a complementary marketing team and drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead marketing efforts as DubClub's first full-time Marketing hire.
  • Build and execute a marketing strategy to complement DubClub's outbound capper acquisition strategy.
  • Generate a predictable funnel of new cappers that sign up and start selling with DubClub without sales team intervention.
  • Arm the outbound capper acquisition team with materials to attract interest from high-quality prospects.
  • Drive buzz and strengthen DubClub's positioning as the destination for premium sports content.
  • Build a complementary team to achieve business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Marketing generalist with an affinity for growth and content marketing.
  • Experience leading marketing at a company with a comparable business to DubClub.
  • Strong execution and iteration skills in marketing content development and distribution strategy.
  • Relentless problem solver with a competitive spirit.
  • Highly data-driven with an understanding of attribution modeling and campaign measurement.
