About the position

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for owning the digital lead generation strategy and execution, which is crucial for increasing leads across various channels. This role involves close collaboration with the VP of Marketing, the cross-functional brand team, and the sales enablement team to ensure alignment between sales strategies and growth marketing efforts. You will leverage your expertise to optimize existing strategies while exploring new opportunities for lead generation, particularly focusing on SEM and website management.

Responsibilities

  • Own SEM strategy and execution from end to end, including recommendations, optimizations, reporting, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage website agency and maintain ownership of the website, serving as the point person for routine updates.
  • Implement larger website updates and optimizations within the Wordpress platform.
  • Onboard new transit authorities and partners to the website, ensuring inbound links are available and working correctly.
  • Partner with sales enablement to explore opportunities for outbound email strategy, including A/B testing and optimization of subject lines and templates.
  • Ensure products are effectively displayed across search engines.
  • Implement best practices for organic and paid social media.
  • Work with the content manager to leverage social content for lead generation across channels like LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Explore and recommend additional lead generation opportunities to effectively reach small and medium-sized businesses.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of relevant B2B growth marketing experience, with local market focus being a plus.
  • Expertise in SEM.
  • Experience with Wordpress-hosted websites and ability to make updates.
  • Comfortable working in Hubspot and Salesforce.
  • Collaborative spirit and ability to work well within cross-functional teams.
  • Experience managing outside partners.
  • Email marketing experience.
  • Experience presenting strategies and results to high-level stakeholders.
  • Solution-oriented with strategic and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering results and overcoming obstacles.

Nice-to-haves

  • Media, startup, and/or tech industry experience.
  • SEO experience.
