About the position

The Growth Marketing Manager (Bundle Acquisition) at Dow Jones is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies aimed at increasing bundle subscription growth for various publications. This role involves collaboration across multiple departments to optimize customer acquisition marketing programs, manage ongoing campaigns, and analyze performance to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute the US-based bundle acquisition marketing strategy.
• Focus on acquiring new bundle subscribers for The Wall Street Journal, Barron's, MarketWatch, and Investor's Business Daily.
• Increase awareness and consideration of Dow Jones' subscription bundles.
• Manage and monitor ongoing campaigns to ensure campaign goals are met.
• Ensure owned channels, product experimentation, and paid media budgets are aligned with subscription goals.
• Provide post-campaign analysis to identify successful tactics.
• Establish forecasts and work on reporting for bundle subscription orders.
• Collaborate with Product, News, Operations, Finance, and Marketing teams to drive bundle growth.
• Identify new opportunities for subscription growth through digital platforms and media partnerships.
• Stay informed on industry trends and consumer behaviors affecting digital marketing.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience in customer/subscriber marketing.
• Understanding of subscription-based business and economics.
• Proven success in running end-to-end acquisition marketing campaigns.
• Experience with A/B testing and collaboration with product teams.
• Strong initiative and self-motivation as a self-starter.
• Ability to manage projects independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
