About the position

KPS3 is seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in Reno, NV. This full-time position is designed for a professional who excels in growth marketing, encompassing SEO, SEM, digital and traditional advertising campaigns, analytics, reporting, and email marketing. As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing search strategies and integrated marketing campaigns that align with our clients' initiatives. Our growth department is dedicated to driving the agency's SEO, digital advertising, traditional advertising, data analytics, reporting, and email marketing, all conducted in-house. This role is pivotal in championing our clients' goals and initiatives, requiring close collaboration with the agency's creative, web, PR, social, and account teams. In this position, you will drive the strategy, management, and optimization of ad campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, DSPs, social media channels, ABM platforms, print, and broadcast media. You will tie media strategies to client KPIs and lead the team in optimizing campaigns to enhance performance. Additionally, you will develop and oversee the execution of SEO strategies, define and measure against SEO KPIs that support overall project and marketing goals, and audit websites for SEO, analytics, and content opportunities. Your role will also involve building positive relationships with clients, preparing and presenting comprehensive plans and reports, and mentoring Growth Marketing Specialists. Responsibilities

  • Drive the strategy, management, and optimization of ad campaigns on various platforms, including Google Ads, DSPs, social media channels, ABM platforms, print, and broadcast media.
  • Tie media strategies to client KPIs.
  • Lead the team in optimizing campaigns to improve performance as needed.
  • Develop and oversee the execution of SEO strategies.
  • Define and measure against SEO KPIs that support the overall project/marketing goals.
  • Audit websites for SEO, analytics, and content opportunities that can be implemented by our division or others within the agency.
  • Ensure all websites are set up with a sound SEO foundation prior to and after launch.
  • Help the team develop insightful, custom reports for clients.
  • Build positive relationships with clients.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive plans and reports to clients and team leadership, highlighting key insights, industry trends, and actionable steps.
  • Collaborate with every department to develop integrated marketing plans for full-service clients.
  • Mentor Growth Marketing Specialists.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a high-growth, performance-driven environment.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to collaborate well with cross-functional teams and partners.
  • High attention to detail and strong presentation skills.
  • Strong experience in SEO and media strategy, implementation, and optimization across various platforms (e.g., Google and Bing Ads, social media advertising, DSPs, etc.).
  • Knowledge and use of Google and Bing Ads, social media advertising, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
  • Experience with A/B testing platforms, such as VWO.
  • Familiarity with CRMs as they pertain to marketing operations and data attribution, with extra credit for Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot, and Salesforce.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo and Pardot.
  • Traditional media buying experience.
  • Familiarity with email marketing strategies.
