About the position

As the Growth Marketing Manager at Lucid Bots, you will be instrumental in expanding the customer base, driving revenue, and enhancing the brand's market presence. This role involves collaborating closely with the VP of Marketing and cross-functional teams to spearhead demand generation, optimize digital marketing channels, and leverage data for impactful decision-making to increase conversion rates.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to understand customer behavior and identify new industry opportunities.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive growth marketing and go-to-market strategy to achieve revenue and pipeline objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end demand generation activities, including inbound and outbound campaigns, email marketing, and paid media.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, paid social, LinkedIn, and other channels to maximize ROI.
  • Utilize tools like HubSpot and Google Analytics to monitor website activity and campaign performance, extracting actionable insights.
  • Develop marketing programs to increase customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Design and run A/B tests and growth experiments to uncover new marketing opportunities and optimize conversion rates.
  • Oversee SEO and SEM strategies to enhance search visibility and drive qualified leads.
  • Strengthen brand positioning and awareness across all channels.
  • Collaborate with Content, Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align marketing initiatives with company goals.
  • Monitor customer feedback and ensure effective communication through marketing reviews.
  • Assist with growth marketing budgets and optimize resource allocation.
  • Lead HubSpot marketing activities, including campaign creation and automation workflows.
  • Establish a reporting framework to capture key growth metrics for decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven track record in B2B growth marketing with a focus on demand generation and paid media.
  • Advanced proficiency with HubSpot, WordPress, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions and track KPIs.
  • Experience working within revenue operations to align marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of SEO and SEM best practices.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing A/B tests and growth experiments.
  • Ability to work across functions to support shared company objectives.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and resource allocation.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of technical products, robotics, or AI.
  • Familiarity with API integrations and data flow between systems.
  • Experience with tools like Optimizely, Google Optimize, Typeform, SurveyMonkey, Data Studio, Air Table, and Power BI.
