As we scale, we're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive our developer-focused marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize marketing automation systems tailored to developers.
  • Create and execute targeted campaigns that resonate with the developer community, driving awareness, engagement, and adoption of the Fireworks platform.
  • Develop and implement organic growth strategies to attract developers, including SEO, technical content marketing, developer community engagement, and open-source contributions.
  • Analyze the developer journey from initial awareness to long-term adoption, identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates and increase engagement.
  • Leverage product-led growth tactics specifically designed for developers to drive deeper product adoption and usage.
  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to develop and track a developer-focused pipeline, using data-driven insights to refine marketing efforts.
  • Manage and optimize the paid marketing budget to maximize ROI, focusing on effective channels for reaching developers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience in growth or developer marketing, preferably in the developer products or SaaS industry.
  • Proven experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, technical content marketing, and community-driven growth strategies.
  • Experience in driving product-led growth initiatives focused on developers and optimizing the developer journey.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the AI or machine learning industry, with a strong understanding of developer needs and generative AI technologies.
  • Previous experience in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize paid media campaigns targeting developers.
  • Experience working with sales teams on developer-focused pipeline development and lead nurturing.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, or similar.
