About the position

The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving the operational workflows of growth marketing within a leading global tech company. This role involves collaborating with various teams to develop and launch multi-channel customer communications aimed at enhancing user engagement and awareness of products and services. The position requires a self-motivated individual with a strong background in lifecycle marketing and a passion for technology.

Responsibilities

  • Developing, testing, and deploying customer journeys based on product and strategy objectives.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure operational plans and deliverables are aligned and risks are addressed.
  • Optimizing performance through A/B testing to drive growth and improve programs.
  • Monitoring campaign performance for operational integrity and communicating issues to internal teams.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement in campaign performance and operational efficiency.
  • Building a knowledge portal of best practices and playbooks for reference and training.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of lifecycle marketing experience with a focus on acquisition and engagement initiatives.
  • Experience with CRM or ESP platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Oracle, and Responsys.
  • Strong logical reasoning and critical thinking skills, with a preference for SQL experience.
  • High attention to detail and organization to deliver quality projects on time.
  • Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to tackle ambiguity and roadblocks.
  • Ability to react calmly under pressure and pivot as needed in an evolving environment.
  • Strong communication skills across various mediums.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with the financial space and financial products.
  • Experience in marketing automation and marketing technology.
  • Background in B2C marketing operations.
