About the position

The Growth Marketing Manager at Ambient will lead the pre-launch and launch marketing campaigns for an innovative hardware product aimed at improving sleep quality. This role involves strategic planning, campaign management, and cross-functional collaboration to create a compelling customer journey and drive growth through effective marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to refine target personas.
  • Develop and execute pre-launch and launch marketing strategies.
  • Plan and execute strategies to build a high intent pre-crowdfunding audience.
  • Oversee the design and development of a high-converting pre-launch landing page.
  • Create and manage first party email marketing strategies.
  • Develop and execute a content calendar for social media platforms.
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers to expand reach and drive awareness.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive PR strategy.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (e.g., pre-launch sign-ups, social media engagement) and provide regular updates.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from early adopters to refine marketing strategies.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data to maximize ROI.
  • Work closely with our tight knit team to ensure marketing efforts align with product development and company goals.
  • Manage marketing budgets to ensure efficient use of resources and maximum impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in the hardware or consumer electronics sector; experience in a startup environment is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of driving growth for pre-launch and launch campaigns, including specific examples or metrics of past successes.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Proficient in using marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, social media management tools).
  • Proficiency and experience across all major social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and X.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging and compelling content.
  • Experience with influencer marketing and PR strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
