PAX is seeking a results-oriented Growth Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team as we expand our direct-to-consumer (DTC) capabilities. This fully remote role will involve managing various marketing channels, including email, affiliate, paid social, and programmatic advertising, to drive the PAX brand forward. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to balance brand objectives with consumer needs, ensuring that marketing efforts yield measurable results. Collaboration with both internal teams and external stakeholders will be crucial, as will leveraging insights to identify and unlock growth opportunities. In this role, you will be responsible for managing performance and revenue reporting, along with the associated budget. A deep understanding of the consumer journey, from initial acquisition to repurchase, will be essential. You will develop a robust process for creative testing, which will inform how we capture and design marketing assets. Additionally, overseeing external agencies for social media, affiliate marketing, email campaigns, and programmatic advertising will be part of your responsibilities to maximize outcomes. You will also partner with the eCommerce team to optimize both on-site and off-site landing page experiences, supporting broader marketing efforts across various country and regulatory environments. Researching and synthesizing key technology and competitive trends will help identify new opportunities for growth.
